December 1st is World AIDS Day. For 24 hours — from midnight to midnight, wherever you are in the world — AIDSWatch will present an electronic memorial, presenting one name, one memory, one life at a time. It is a subtle, yet powerful art piece. AIDSWatch exists because some people still believe HIV/AIDS does not affect them. Sit and watch AIDSWatch for five minutes. It will affect you. It will move you.
And, until November 27th, you are encouraged to add the name of someone you know who died from HIV/AIDS and its complications.
Go to aidswatch.org/preview to see what the presentation looks like, and then click on the graphic at the lower-left corner of the screen to add a name.
