We got this in the mail because we are within 500 feet of the property. Operational modifications to an existing 20,506 square-foot restaurant licensed for the sale and dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption with seating for 151 patrons (115 interior and 36 patio seats) within the first floor of an existing two-story commercial building in the C4-1XL Zone. The existing hours of operation are 9 a.m. to midnight, Sunday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 2 a.m., Friday and Saturday. Modifications requested include, but are not limited to, extending the hours of operation from 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday; removing restrictions on business operations between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. for private and sporting events; permitting coin-operated pool or billiard tables on the premises; allowing the doors between the restaurant and patio to remain open during business hours; allowing admission fees or cover charges for pay per view sporting events; and allowing a disc jockey inside the premises.
The purpose of the hearing is to obtain testimony from affected and/or interested persons regarding this project. The environmental document will be among the matters considered at the hearing, The decision maker will consider all the testimony presented at the hearing, written communication received prior to or at the hearing, and the merits of the project as it relates to existing environmental and land use regulations.
