The dinner will include six courses, with beer pairings, and costs $59.00 per person (paid in advance, includes tax and gratuity). Dinner will be available from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm on Sunday only.
This dinner is a “Pig & Fig Mountain” pig tasting menu. The pig will consist of choice pork pieces from the belly, shoulder, ear, butt, and a pork chop, served with produce and sides based on seasonal market availability. Also included is a dessert course co-created by Marcona’s resident pastry chef Janna Leone.
