House on Curson Sells for $1.8 Million

If you own property in Melrose Village, you will be happy to hear this news.  A house on Curson, between Clinton and Rosewood, just sold for $1.8 million.

As you might guess, this is no ordinary bungalow.  It is a completely re-done, modded-out, hip and sexy house.  You can see a slideshow of photos here.

Still, the news brings comfort to us that home values in our neighborhood are staying relatively strong, considering everything that is happening in the world.  Our area continues to be a remarkably central, fun, and active place to live.

Joan Fitzpatrick of Keller Williams handled the sale.
