Our neighborhood council, Mid City West Community Council, represents our neighborhood to the government agencies and elected officials of the City of Los Angeles. It can be hard to get things done in this city – and the council is your best resource for actually improving your community and protecting your neighborhood.
Mid City West will hold its next board meeting tonight, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, in the Pan Pacific Park multipurpose room, 7600 Beverly Boulevard. Everyone is encouraged to attend. Anyone can give a 3-minute long “Public Comment” at the beginning of the meeting, about an issue of concern to them. Just fill out a “Public Comment Card,” and hand it to the board members at the front of the table.
The agenda for the meeting is here.
Mid City West board meetings are usually held in the National Council for Jewish Women auditorium, but that room is being used today as a polling place for the municipal election.
