About a year ago, popular restaurant Hatfield’s moved from the southern part of our neighborhood (on Beverly Boulevard near Gardner) to the eastern part (on Melrose Avenue at Citrus).
Looks like the chef and co-owner, Quinn Hatfield, likes to move around in general. In addition to being one of the best chefs in Los Angeles (recently receiving raves in both the LA Times and Los Angeles Magazine), Quinn is a competitive cyclist. He won three gold medals at the California Masters State Championships in June.
Quinn and his exercise regimen were profiled in The Wall Street Journal last week.
