It has opened.
On initial inspection, it looks like they did a good job of putting up the new building and making it fit into the neighborhood. The exterior patio has several tables for eating and people-watching, as well as a colorful mural. The interior is bright and airy, and quite attractive for a fast-concept restaurant.
Overall, it’s an improvement on the tired flower shop that had anchored that corner for many years.
It will be interesting to see if Chipotle can put any dent into the long lines of people waiting for their Pink’s hot dogs, though.
