The CBS Evening News recently ran a wonderful story about the improvements under way at Fairfax High School, and how the school is a model for other public schools facing budget cuts due to the weak economy.
Under the direction of Principal Ed Zubiate and Parent-Community Representative Joyce Kleifield, Fairfax High School has raised $15 million in the past four years to compensate for cuts to classrooms, and to upgrade the school’s auditorium, courtyards, and playing fields.

Congratulations Fairfax!
